PinTV was conceptualized by Noah Glenn, a high-school wrestling coach who identified the need for a mat-side scoring system. Originating as an idea to provide an alternative to flip scoreboards, PinTV aimed to offer spectators in the stands essential information about mat-side wrestling action, including details about the wrestlers, time remaining, real-time scores, and more.

After conducting demos of PinTV at several wrestling meets, the concept gained significant traction. It swiftly evolved into a sought-after feature at various sporting events, transcending its initial use in wrestling to find applications in volleyball, basketball, tennis, and beyond. The success of PinTV wasn't limited to the realm of intramural sports; it expanded its reach into diverse areas, including business, entertainment, and beyond, becoming a versatile and in-demand solution.

Noah Glenn, the owner of PinTV, is a veteran and former Navy Fire Controlman with two tours to Iraq on the U.S.S. Deyo. After an Honorable Discharge in 2006, Noah pursued a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. Following his formal education, he took on a diverse range of roles over the next two years, including caterer, bartender, personal trainer, rehab therapist, landscaper, wrestling coach, and business owner.

Noah then redirected his focus to education, earning a degree in Electrical Engineering. Armed with his new qualification, he joined the world-renowned automation firm TURCK as a Product Specialist. His dedication and expertise led to rapid promotions, first to Business Development Manager and then to Product Manager. Simultaneously, Noah attended night school, earning his MBA. In 2018, he took the bold step of leaving TURCK to establish PinTV, a decision that has proven to be successful, and he has never looked back since.
